NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed December 20, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 09-CA-000350 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein Bank of America, N.A., as Successor by Merger to BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P. is the Plaintiff and GREGORY M. O'CONNOR, et al., are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 4TH day of February, 2013 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 9, Block “DC” DELL WEBB'S SUN CITY FLORIDA UNIT NUMBER 27, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 42, Page 25, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
