NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed November 19, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 10-CA-016801 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE SERVICING, INC. is the Plaintiff and LUCAS J BOYD, et al., are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 4th day of February, 2013 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 11, Las Palmas at Ballast Point Townhomes, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 99, Page 191, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
