NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated November 13, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-012395 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is Plaintiff, and JOHN P. SILVEY, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00AM at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 19 day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 22, Block 6, PANTHER TRACE PHASE 2A-2, UNIT 2 as recorded in Plat Book 105, Pages 240-269 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
