NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 8, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-001250 DIV.N, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., AS SUCCESSOR TO LASALLE BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF MERRILL LYNCH MORTGAGE INVESTORS TRUST, MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-FF1, is Plaintiff and PATRICIA LEFORT; FIRST FRANKLIN FINANCIAL CORPORATION, THE GREENS OF TOWN `N COUNTRY CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are defendants.
