AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE FIRST FRANKLIN MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-1 is Plaintiff and KOLBE L. REEVES; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KOLBE L. REEVES; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.
