NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 17, 2012, and entered in 12-CC-015681 of the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, County Division, wherein PROVIDENCE TOWNHOMES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff, and AREE S. COGLE is the Defendant. Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforclose.com, Tampa, FL 33602, at 10:00 a.m. on February 8, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 2, Block 27 of PROVIDENCE TOWNHOMES PHASE 1 and 2, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 84, Page(s) 61, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida
