NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated October 08, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-030063 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P., is Plaintiff, and JOSE SANCHEZ, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00AM at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 18 day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 27, BLOCK 7, CAMEO VILLAS UNIT NO. 4, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 47, PAGE 79, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
