NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated December 27, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-024216 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO ABN AMRO MORTGAGE GROUP, INC, is Plaintiff, and MILLER QUINCY DOWDY, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00AM at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 14 day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 2, Block 21, RIVER HILLS COUNTRY CLUB, PARCEL 12, PHASE I, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 73, Page 51, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
