NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated December 27, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-023261 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO ABN AMRO MORTGAGE GROUP, INC, is Plaintiff, and ROBERT P. UHLIG A/K/A ROBERT UHLIG, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00AM at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 14 day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 8 in Block 15 of Town & Country Park, Section 9, Unit 2 as per map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 44, Page 62 of Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
