NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated December 21, 2012 and entered in Case No. 29-2010-CA-023168 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and DIANE HENRY A/K/A DIANE ELIZABETH HENRY; CHARLES HENRY A/K/A CHARLES ROBERT HENRY; SUN CITY SUBDIVISION PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A EDWARD KNIGHT, and TENANT #2 N/K/A ERIKA KNIGHT are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 02/08/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
