NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated December 21, 2012 and entered in Case No. 29-2011-CA-015367 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is the Plaintiff and DANIEL T. DEDITZ; DEBORAH E. DEDITZ; COUNTRY PLACE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; BANK OF AMERICA, NA; TENANT #1 N/K/A LACY ZALEWSKI, and TENANT #2 N/K/A JEFFREY are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 02/08/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
