NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated DECEMBER 17, 2012, and entered in Case No. 12-006340-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE FIRST FRANKLIN MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-FF15 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-FF15, is the Plaintiff and BARBARA GRIFFIN; JESSIE NICHOLAI GRIFFIN FKA JESSICA N. STEFFEN AKA JESSICA STEFFEN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BARBARA GRIFFIN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JESSIE NICHOLAI GRIFFIN FKA JESSICA N. STEFFEN AKA JESSICA STEFFEN; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., ACTING SOLELY AS NOMINEE FOR FIRST FRANKLIN, A DIVISION OF NAT. CITY BANK OF IN; UNKNOWN TENANT#1 NKA SUZANNE FISCHER are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on-line at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on JANUARY 31, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 206, RAVENSWOOD, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 13, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
