NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 29 2008CA 016978 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERIVCING, LP, Plaintiff, and, LOVE, ERIN L., et. al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 7TH day of FEBRUARY, 2013, the following described property:
UNIT NO. 1002, OF QUAIL RUN, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TOT HE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3878, AT PAGE 1753, AND ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK4, PAGE 12, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHERWITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND STATED IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM TO BE AN APPURTENANCE TO THE ABOVE CONDOMINIUM UNIT.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
