Notice is hereby given that the Clerk of Circuit Court, Hillsborough County, Florida, will on February 4, 2013, at 10:00 a.m., on the 2nd Floor of the George E. Edgecomb Building, Room 201/202, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, Florida, offer for sale and sell at public outcry, one by one, to the highest bidder for cash, the property located in Hillsborough County, Florida, as follows:
Lot 2, Block 16, VISTA CAY according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 96, Pages 93 through 100, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on December 17, 2012, in the above-styled cause, pending in said Court.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
