MORGAN Mortgage Trust 2005-S1, is the Plaintiff and Kamal Dimian, Nadia H. Dimian, JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA, Richmond Place Property Owners Association, Inc., Tenant #1 n/k/a Aziza Ibtahin, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 18th day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
