NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 7th, 2010, and entered in Case No. 09-015953-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF FEBRUARY 1, 2007, GSAMP TRUST 2007-HE1, is Plaintiff and IRRESAPEN SAMY, et.al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on the 12TH day of February , 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, BLOCK I, HIBISCUS GARDENS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE 55 THROUGH 59, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
