NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated October 25, 2012 and entered in Case No. 08-CA-027335 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein PEOPLE'S CHOICE HOME LOAN SECURITIES TRUST SERIES 2005-1 is the Plaintiff and DEBORAH SEXTON; BRANDON TRACES HOME OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 02/08/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 32, BLOCK 1, BRANDON TRACES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 59, PAGE 41, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
