NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause on December 19, 2012 by the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, the property described as:
That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Unit No. 109, CONDOMINIUM UNITS OF PORT BELLEAIR NO. 4, and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with, and subject to the Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions, Easements, Terms and other Provisions of the Declaration of Condominium, as recorded in O.R. Book 3613, Page 646, and any amendments thereto, and the plat thereof, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 8, Pages 80 and 81, Public Records of PINELLAS County, Florida.
will be sold at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at 10:00 A.M. at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on February 1, 2013.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
