NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated December 21, 2012 and entered in Case No. 10-CA-015356 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and ANGEL MENDEZ; NEREIDA CALA; JOSE MANUEL BLANCO; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 02/08/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
