NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to and Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated January 7, 2013, entered in the above captioned action, CASE NO. 29-2011-CA-005829 DIV J, I will sell to the highest and best bidder at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 o'clock A.M. on the 25th day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said final judgment, to-wit:
Lot 18, Block 27, CAMPOBELLO, according to the Plat thereof, as record in Plat Book 2, Page 29, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
