NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. CA29-2009-CA-025269 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT RELATING TO IMPAC SECURED ASSETS CORP., MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-3 , Plaintiff, and, FORD LEDFORD, GLEN SUSSAN, et. al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 14TH day of FEBRUARY, 2013, the following described property:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NUMBER 7-624, ISLAND PLACE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 10638, PAGE 1815, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 18, PAGE 44, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS TOGETHER WITH A NON-EXCLUSIVE EASEMENT FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS CREATED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF COVENANTS, CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 4606, PAGE 1182, TOGETHER WITH SUPPLEMENTAL RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 4991, PAGE 366 AND AS AMENDED, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
