NUTTER & COMPANY is the Plaintiff and MARJORIE COX A/K/A MARJORIE MITCHELL; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; RIVER OAKS CONDOMINIUM IV ASSOCIATION, INC.; RIVER OAKS RECREATION ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 02/08/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 407, AS SHOWN ON CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF RIVER OAKS CONDOMINIUM IV, PHASE I, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOCK 4, PAGE 50 AND AS AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 53, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED JULY 29, 1982 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3979, PAGES 1434 THROUGH 1485, INCLUSIVE, AND AS AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3988, PAGE 1639, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED, TOGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF, AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
