NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 29-2009-CA-015310 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWABS, INC. ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-13, Plaintiff, and, RAMIREZ, MARITZA, et. al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 15TH day of FEBRUARY, 2013, the following described property:
LOT 8, BLOCK 51, FISHHAWK RANCH PHASE 2, PARCEL R, UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 93, PAGE 50, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
