NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed December 18, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 09-CA-017245 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC is the Plaintiff and IDALMA I. VALDIVIA, et al., are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 5th day of February, 2013 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK 10, ROCKY POINT VILLAGE UNIT NO. 3, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGE 49, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida
