NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed December 20, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-007737 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein American Home Mortgage Servicing, Inc. is the Plaintiff and EFRAIN CHICAS, et al., are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 7th day of February, 2013 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK 8, ALTMAN-COLBY LAKE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGE 48 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
