NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered December 18, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 10-CA-013682 Div. (A) of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein Residential Credit Solutions, Inc. is the Plaintiff and KASEY GEORGE, et al., are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 5th day of February, 2013 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL, COMPOSED OF UNIT NO. 2815-A, BUILDING 3, SOMERSET PARK, A CONDOMINIUM, FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15971 AT PAGE(S) 1 THROUGH 101, INCLUSIVE, AND AS THEREAFTER AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
