NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 11, 2013 and entered in Case No. 29-2012-CA-007662 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Central Mortgage Company, is the Plaintiff and Zach Cronin; Unknown Spouse of Zach Cronin, if any; Unknown Tenant(s) and Las Palmas Townhomes Owners' Association, Inc., are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on February 25, 2013, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 31, Las Palmas Townhomes, according to the Map or Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 96, Pages 14-1 through 14-7, inclusive of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
