Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in the above-entitled cause in the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Monroe County, Florida, the Clerk will sell at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, via the website: http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m., on the 19th day of February, 2013, that certain parcel of real property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida, described as follows:
That part of the SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 3, Township 29 South, Range 19 East, lying Southeasterly of State Road S-583, lying and being in Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
