NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated December 4, 2012, and entered in Case No. 10-23333 DIV I, UCN: 292010CA023333XXXXXX of the Circuit Court in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and ELMA C. PAULE; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR GREENPOINT MORTGAGE FUNDING, INC. MIN NO. 100013800925991255; ARBORS AT CARROLLWOOD CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2; and ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT TO THIS ACTION, OR HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED, are Defendants, PAT FRANK, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m.on the 19 day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
unit 14919 at arbors of carrollwood, a condominium according to the declaration of condominium recorded in o.r. book 16781, page 45, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, public records of hillsborough county, florida, as further amended.
