LOTS 39 AND 40, BLOCK 102, TERRACE PARK SUBDIVISION, UNIT NO. 3, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE 16, PUBLIC RECORDS F HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 4204 E OKARA RD, TAMPA, FL 33617; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, Sales will be held at the Hillsborough County auction website at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on February 5, 2013 at 10:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
