CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 1303 OF THE QUARTER AT YBOR, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15311, PAGE 1006 AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH
COUNTY, FLORIDA
and commonly known as: 1810 PALM AVE E #1-303, TAMPA, FL 33605; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, Sales will be held at the Hillsborough County auction website at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on February 5, 2013 at 10:00 AM.
