HSBC Bank USA, National Association, as Indenture Trustee of the Fieldstone Mortgage Investment Trust, Series 2006-1 Plaintiff and LEO ZOTOMAYOR; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LEO ZOTOMAYOR N/K/A MARICRIS ZOTOMAYOR, ASHBURN SQUARE BHOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC, AS NOMINEE FOR HSBC MORTGAGE SERVICES; ET AL, are defendants.
