NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 29-2012-CA-007354 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., Plaintiff, and, GERALD R. ANDERSON, et. al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Florida, at the hour of 10:00 am, on the 22nd day of February, 2013 the following described property:
THE NORTH 90 FEET OF THE SOUTH 420 FEET OF THE WEST 135 FEET OF THE SW 1/4 OF THE NE 1/4 LESS THE WEST 30 FEET FOR ROAD IN SECTION 3, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, ALL LYING AND BEING IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
