NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 19th day of November, 2012, and entered in Case No. 29-2009-CA-015053, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR MASTR ASSET BACKED SECURITIES TRUST 2006-WMC3, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-WMC3 is the Plaintiff and EDIEL GARCIA, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR WMC MORTGAGE CORP, MAIRILYS AGUILA and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 8th day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 2, SUNRAY GARDENS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 37, PAGE 64, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
