NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 26th day of December, 2012, and entered in Case No. 05-5431 DIV J, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WM SPECIALTY MORTGAGE LLC, WITHOUT RECOURSE is the Plaintiff and JERRY HUERTAS A/K/A JERRY H. HUERTAS A/K/A HERMAN J. HUERTAS, MIRNA I. HUERTAS A/K/A MIRNA RIVERA HUERTAS AND UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 8th day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 55 FEET OF LOT 17 AND THE WEST 45 FEET OF LOT 18, OF TALL PINES SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 31, PAGE 50, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
