NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 17th day of December, 2012, and entered in Case No. 52-2009-CA-013907, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is the Plaintiff and JORGE E. CASALLAS; COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC.; WILLOWBROOK ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 5th day of February, 2013, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 26-C, TOGETHER WITH APPURTENANCES THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF WILLOWBROOK II, A CONDOMINIUM, AND RELATED DOCUMENTS AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4426, PAGE 636, ACCORIDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 22, PAGES 117 AND 118 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
