NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 18th day of December 2012 and entered in Case No. 29-2009-CA-021789, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK FSB is the Plaintiff and KADIR ESCRICH A/K/A K ESCRICH, XIOMARA SAAVEDRA, UNKNOWN TENANT (S) N/K/A YASMIN MARTINEZ and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 4th day of February 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, VICK SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLATTHEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 32, PAGE 73, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
