NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 18th day of December 2012 and entered in Case No. 29-2010-CA-003371, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff and ROBERT KEITH MEADOWS A/K/A ROBERT K MEADOWS, LITHIA RIDGE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INC., DEBORAH F MEADOWS, SUNTRUST BANK, UNKNOWN TENANT(S) and THE BANK OF TAMPA IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 4th day of February 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK 2, RANCH ROAD GROVES UNIT 2B, ACCORDING TO THAT CERTAIN PLAT AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 78, PAGE 16, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
