NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated OCTOBER 18, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-018355 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is the Plaintiff and CINDY WALKER A/K/A CINDY FABRE; OAKWOOD ESTATES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Tampa, FL 33602, at 10:00 a.m. on FEBRUARY 5, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK 4, OF OAKWOOD ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 94, PAGE 69, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
