Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to Section 715.109, Florida Statutes, and the Notice of Right to Reclaim Abandoned Property served on the above-named persons on or about January 14, 2013, Featherock, which is owned by MHC Featherock, L.L.C., will sell the following described property:
A plant stand; a planting table; 3 hoses; 2 standing floor fans; a wood working bench; various pool tools; a stereo; a bread box; 4 tool boxes; a paper cutter; a 27” TV; a 4 foot wood ladder; 2 trash cans; a 40” Sony TV; a printer; a coffee maker; a leather jacket; a container set; a file box with drawers; paperback books; a cookie jar; 8 chairs; 4 end tables; a fountain; a bakers rack; a glass top table; 3 flower stands; a flower pot; 3 table lamps; a floor lamp; a console/sofa table; a vase; a coffee table; a 32” sharp TV; CD's; 4 faux plants; a TV cabinet; an assortment of candle holders and cases; various dishes, mugs, and glasses; a microwave; a kitchen table with 4 chairs; a toaster; pots and pans; 2 small stool chairs; 2 foot stools; a bookcase; a full bed frame, mattress, and box springs; 2 night stands; a small table/TV stand; a magazine rack; 2 dressers and mirrors; a small cooler; a desk; a standing floor fan; a queen bed frame, mattress, and box springs; a book case; towels; a 21” TV Durabrand; and a bar stool
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash (or cashier's check), at Featherock, 2200 Highway 60 East, Valrico, Florida 33594 at 10:30 a.m. on February 1, 2013, which date is at least ten days from the first publication of this notice, and at least five days from the last publication of this notice.
The absolute minimum bid shall be the costs of storage, advertising, and sale, though the minimum may be adjusted by Featherock as appropriate.
All prospective purchasers of the Property must submit to background screening and be approved in advance by Featherock.
