NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated AUGUST 20, 2012, and entered in Case No. 29-2010-CA-011602 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is the Plaintiff and AARON J. BUTLER A/K/A AARON BUTLER; NORTHDALE CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC.; BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO COUNTRYWIDE BANK, NA; HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA; JEREMY M. WETZEL; HOPE R. WETZEL are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Tampa, FL 33602, at 10:00 a.m. on FEBRUARY 4, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, BLOCK 11, NORTHDALE, SECTION B, UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 47, PAGE(S) 70, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
