YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a mortgage on the following described property, to-wit:
Lot 187 and the East 1/2 of closed alley abutting thereon, HENDRY & KNIGHTS, ADDITION TO SULPHUR SPRINGS, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 10, at Page 24, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
More commonly known as 8308 N Semmes St, Tampa, FL 33604
This action has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defense, if any, to it on Plaintiff's attorney, Weltman, Weinberg & Reis Co., L.P.A., whose address is 550 West Cypress Creek Road, Suite 550, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309, on or before 30 days after date of first publication, which is Before Date: February 25, 2013, and file the original with the Clerk of the Circuit Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
