NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated December 28, 2012 and entered in Case No. 09-CA-011561 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR J.P. MORGAN ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-A1 is the Plaintiff and ANTHONY DEL PRIORE; GERALDINE J. DEL PRIORE; EGYPT LAKE BEACH CLUB CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A MALLORY HENRY, and TENANT #2 N/K/A BRIAN RICE are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 02/15/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
