VELEZ-LUGO; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JESUS M. VELEZ-LUGO N/K/A MARIA VELEZ-LUGO; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 2:00PM, on 02/15/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
THE WEST 29 FEET OF THE EAST 36 FEET OF LOT 19, BLOCK 38, REVISED MAP OF MACFARLANE'S ADDITION TO WEST TAMPA, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 30, AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
