NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated December 28, 2012 and entered in Case No. 11-CA-004000 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR WELLS FARGO ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION HOME EQUITY ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-1 is the Plaintiff and RASHAD BLANCHARD A/K/A RASHAD G. BLANCHARD; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR WELLS FARGO HOME MORTGAGE A DIVISION OF WELLS FARGO BANK NA; ALEXANDRIA PLACE TOWNHOMES ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; TENANT #1 N/K/A JOHN DOE, and TENANT #2 N/K/A JOHN DOE are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 02/15/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
