ASSETBACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-BC5 is the Plaintiff and ODIS BROWN A/K/A OTIS BROWN; BERTHA BROWN; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR SPECIALIZED LOAN SERVICING, LLC; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; TENANT #1 N/K/A CARLA BROWN are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 02/15/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
