NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated December 28, 2012 and entered in Case No. 08-CA-026063 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS, SOLELY IN ITS CAPACITY AS TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF THE DOVER MORTGAGE CORPORATION, GRANTOR TRUST CERTIFICATE SERIES 2004-A is the Plaintiff and BARBARA SENDER AKA BARBARA WILSIE SENDER; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; BANK OF AMERICA; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 02/15/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
