NOTICE lS HEREBY given that pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in the above-entitled cause in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, I will sell at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, in the atrium on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m., on the 6 day of February, 2013, that certain parcel of real property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as follows:
Unit No. 701, Naples Keep, a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 1388, Pages 2246 through 2318, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, together with its undivided share of common elements.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
