THE CONDOMINIUM PARCEL KNOWN AS HOME 201, PHASE 15, BUILDING 15, THE ORCHARDS CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1969, PAGES 646 THROUGH 839, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SPECIFIED IN SAID DECLARATION.
and commonly known as: 7702 GARDNER DR APT 201, NAPLES, FL 34109; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in the lobby on the 3rd floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 on February 7, 2013 at 11:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
