KNAFO A/K/A JAMES KNAFO; SHERRI L. KNAFO A/K/A SHERRI KNAFO; REGIONS BANK, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER WITH AMSOUTH BANK; LELY COUNTRY CLUB PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Courtwill sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at LOBBY 3RD FLOOR, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE ANNEX, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 6 day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 35, OF LELY COUNTRY CLUB, TORREY PINES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 32, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA; LESS A PORTION OF LOT 35, OF LELY COUNTRY CLUB, TORREY PINES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 32, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:

BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHERLY LOT CORNER COMMON TO LOTS 35 AND 36, OF LELY COUNTRY CLUB, TORREY PINES, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 32, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, PROCEED NORTH 44 DEGREES 48 MINUTES 32 SECONDS WEST A DISTANCE OF 68.76 FEET TO A POINT; THENCE NORTH 82 DEGREES 44 MINUTES 46 SECONDS EAST A DISTANCE OF 112.82 FEET TO A POINT ON THE PROPERTY LINE COMMON TO SAID LOTS 35 AND 36; THENCE SOUTH 45 DEGREES 11 MINUTES 28 SECONDS WEST A DISTANCE OF 89.44 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
